About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Executive, Marketing who is organized, resourceful, and creative; someone who can turn ideas into campaigns, keep projects on track, and bring strong execution across content, and partnerships. Responsibilities
Partnerships & Outreach
Manage communications with partners, collaborators, and media - drafting, following up, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Support partnership outreach with professional decks, press notes, and updates.
Coordinate approvals, timelines, and partner co-branding for events and campaigns.
Campaign Execution & Ops
Coordinate marketing campaigns (email, social media, promos, events) from scheduling to reporting.
Track timelines, deliverables, and campaign results.
Ensure all campaigns run smoothly and consistently across channels.
CRM & Digital Flows
Support CRM operations - manage email campaigns, simple segmentation, and promo blasts.
Keep lists clean and organized, ensuring the right messages reach the right audiences.
Content & Creative
Draft and adapt marketing copy for emails, social captions, brochures, and outreach comms.
Design supporting visuals for ads, promos, and brochures (Canva/Adobe).
Maintain consistency of Fuller's brand identity across channels.
Organization & Delivery
Keep marketing calendars, checklists, and campaign files updated and structured.
Follow through relentlessly on timelines and approvals, both internal and external.
Provide reliable support for events and workshops, ensuring nothing is missed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field - Marketing, Communications, Design, Journalism, or adjacent disciplines welcome.
3-4 years' professional experience in marketing, partnerships, comms, or project coordination.
Organized and persistent - you enjoy following up and closing loops.
Excellent spoken and written English; confident in handling partner and media comms.
Strong interpersonal skills - approachable, professional, and clear in communication.
Comfortable drafting copy and creating visuals (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Resilient and resourceful; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
