About the Role
As a Telesales & Client Engagement Associate at Fuller Impact, you will be at the forefront of connecting businesses with our sustainability training and advisory services. Your role goes beyond answering calls — you’ll identify client needs, provide tailored recommendations, and actively support lead conversion to drive registrations and sales.
This role is ideal for confident communicators who enjoy engaging with people, building rapport, and helping companies make progress on their sustainability journey.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls and online inquiries from SMEs, mid-tier companies, and corporate clients interested in our training and services.
Actively follow up with leads to drive conversions and secure registrations or sales.
Identify client needs during calls and recommend suitable solutions, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Conduct outbound calls to re-engage past leads or support ongoing campaigns.
Build strong rapport with prospects and guide them through the decision-making process.
Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM system with timely updates.
Provide product and client feedback to internal teams to support service improvements.
Assist in preparing simple proposals or quotations based on client requirements.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on campaign goals and outreach strategies.
Support the development of the sales pipeline and help meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Participate in internal discussions to refine telesales strategies and outreach approaches.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–3 years of telesales, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Confident in making and handling professional phone calls.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic sales tools.
Interest in sustainability, professional training, or corporate learning.
Experience selling to the Malaysian market; regional exposure is a plus.
